To cancel your plan you simply need to log in to the billing system. Click on your packages and you should see a cancel option. Please click that button to cancel your services.
We will NOT accept cancellations via any method but the billing area. This is simply for security reasons.
Canceling Paypal Subscriptions
Canceling your hosting plan does NOT cancel your PayPal subscription. You must login to your PayPal account to cancel the subscription. Simply login to your PayPal account, find the most recent transaction made with us, and cancel your subscription. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, payments will continue to be made to us. We will gladly refund the payments, simply email us.
