Suppose you wanted an email for PayPal use and an email for personal use and an email for general emails.... That's a lot of logging in and out every time you get ready to check your email. Solution: forward them all to one account. To do this simply log into your cPanel and click the icon that says forwarders. Follow the on screen prompts and you'll have everything setup in no time.
Here are some ways you could use this feature.
Lets say I have these email addresses setup:
sales@domain.com
support@domain.com
agrace@domain.com
webmaster@domain.com
I could now forward webmaster, support, and sales to agrace@domain.com so that I no longer have to check each individual account. All requests will be forwarded to that one email address. This would be good for organizing things such as sales receipts, etc.
You could also forward sales , support, and webmaster to agrace@YAHOO.com or agrace@GMAIL.com to save on storage space.
